From serving at the Directorate of Technical Education in Oman to leading schools in the UAE and India, she has consistently focused on enhancing institutional performance and building strong learning communities.

Today, she serves as School Director and Principal at The Royal Academy Ajman under North Point Education. She also continues her work as an educational leader and school transformation specialist, advocating quality education and innovation.
