Her early years were spent at Army School and Seshadripuram College, within the regimented backdrop of an army upbringing in Bengaluru. She was born in Punjab. Pharmacy was her first subject to study at the higher level. This track shortly deviated with her natural ability in the emerging area of advertising and the media that came about in the process of Early Project Involvement. It again triggered an enthusiastic exploration of the multi-dimensional aspect of the profession, so much so that she studied to become a fashion choreographer, a reflection of her versatility.
Her working life changed dramatically when she became the world’s first female international concert organizing company field executive with artist and record label affairs to deal with, a new frontier role. Working as a production manager on a Hollywood film brought her to the attention of new possibilities. This stint provided the platform to move to client servicing positions in multinationals ad giants Lowe Lintas and Ogilvy & Mather, where she further developed her skills on branding, storytelling, and strategic communication through regular interfaces with corporate MarCom (Marketing and Communication) experts.
