From Commerce to Educational Transformation

Dr. Rachel’s path into education was anything but conventional. Her professional journey began in commerce, where she spent three decades in senior roles at Dentsu, Accenture, GE Digital, NXP, Ericsson and Syngenta, leading major businesses across Asia.

Education entered her life through the executives she guided. Observing capable leaders struggle despite their intellectual strengths, she recognized that conventional education was too lecture-led, modular and disconnected from real systemic complexity. This realization inspired her transition into education with a focus on coaching-led learning, systemic transformation and regenerative innovation.

A Regenerative Leadership Philosophy

Three experiences shaped Dr. Rachel’s leadership philosophy. A near-drowning experience in her twenties taught her that leadership is presence under pressure rather than performance. Leading integration across ten acquisitions at Dentsu APAC showed her that culture, not strategy, determines whether transformation succeeds. Founding Antioch Streams™ during a personal Jubilee year reinforced her decision to serve as a practitioner-scholar.

These experiences shaped her belief that leadership is regenerative, leaving people, systems and ecosystems more whole than before. This philosophy forms the foundation of her concept of ReGEN Stewardship.

For Dr. Rachel, “Visionary leadership in education is the courage to teach for an unwritten century.” She believes the world has entered a historic era reset, requiring a shift from sustainable performance to Regenerative Stewardship.

As Founding Board VP and Global AI Ambassador of the Global Council for Responsible AI (GCRAI), she contributes to governance frameworks for AI in learning environments, including GRAICE governance protocols and research on Agentic AI for Ageing Healthcare Systems.

Within Antioch Streams™, she is building an agentic AI team to support cohort delivery, personalized pathways and participant analytics. Her RX™ Regenerative Experience Framework provides educators with a practical guide for integrating AI while maintaining human stewardship.
