Verto Education has announced a new Direct Transfer partnership with César Ritz Colleges, a globally ranked hospitality management school based in Brig, Switzerland. The partnership gives students a guaranteed admission pathway to César Ritz Colleges after completing their first year abroad with Verto.

Under the program, students will first study abroad through Verto Education, earning transferable college credits while gaining international experience. They will then move to César Ritz Colleges to complete their undergraduate degree in hospitality or business management.

Verto delivers all its courses and credits through the University of New Haven, its accredited academic provider. The company currently maintains Direct Transfer partnerships with more than 40 colleges and universities worldwide.

Michael Kabbaz, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President for University Partnerships at Verto Education, said the partnership opens new doors for students who want globally focused careers. He added that students can start their academic journey abroad and then continue at a school known for training future executive leaders in hospitality and business.

Jenn Lutz, Regional Manager for North America at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, said many students discover their passion for hospitality, luxury, or finance only after gaining exposure to these fields. According to her, Verto’s model is a natural fit, as it helps students explore their interests through coursework and international experience before committing to a full degree program.

César Ritz Colleges, which originally opened its doors in 1982, currently maintains accreditation as a University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland. The institution provides Hospitality Business Management programs which include Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship as specialized study tracks.
