Background:
A new Education and AI webinar series has been launched to help international education organisations modernise their processes and prepare for a more digital future. The series, hosted by EduSolv Consultancy & Solutions, will begin on March 12 and aims to support institutions seeking practical guidance on artificial intelligence and automation.
The programme is led by Giuliana Bonvini, a specialist industry consultant at EduSolv. She said the sessions are designed for professionals who are taking their first steps into AI literacy. The series will focus on practical knowledge and remove technical jargon, helping participants understand how AI can support daily operations and long-term strategy. Additional session dates are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
According to Bonvini, traditional international student recruitment models are reaching a turning point. She noted that many institutions still rely on systems and thinking shaped before the major digital shifts of the early 2000s. As the sector approaches 2026, she said, institutions must move beyond simply working faster and instead rethink how they operate. She encouraged organisations to build strong systems and use automation to stay competitive.
Bonvini referred to the Salesforce Connected Education Report, which found that 85 per cent of institutions plan to use more AI tools. The report also found that 77 per cent of students expect enrolment processes to be as simple and intuitive as online shopping.
Bonvini stressed that successful AI integration requires institutional support, staff training, and a clear roadmap. She added that younger generations quickly recognise whether an institution operates as a digital-native organisation or follows outdated methods.
“Panic is unnecessary, but inaction is costly,” she said, emphasising that AI should enhance human roles rather than replace them.
Interested organisations can register through the EduSolv website. Bonvini will also present a seminar titled “AI Adoption: 3 Stages and 3 Use Cases” at the upcoming education conference in London in April 2026.
